open_pstn_hysteresis 4056 Open Pstn Hyst: Open Position Hysteresis Value, this value serves several puposes. It is used to determine valid open start/end position threshold for signature and Run-Time capture, end point for valve speed determination in open direction, and finally for PST break position determination in Fail-Closed valves. For example in PST, a 2% value means valve must move at least 2% from start position to detect break. In general, the default value should be suitable but may be modified to compensate for any play between the valve linkage and position sensor. Currently one warning alert can be generated based upon this, Open Position Alert. The allowed range is 0.0-20.0%. 读/写 浮点 2

pressure1_hysteresis 4058 Pressure 1 Hyst: Pressure 1 Hysteresis Value, used to generate pressure Alerts from Full-Stroke Signature Run-Time data and PST signatures if the Maintenance Signature supply pressure 1 or break pressure 1 deviates from the Baseline pressure 1 by this value. Note, this hysteresis should have a lower threshold than the PST break pressure hysteresis used for PST break pressure failure alerts since this dictates when a valve/actuator is deviating from it's Baseline performance (trending toward possible future failure). pressure2_hysteresis 4059 Pressure 2 Hyst: Pressure 2 Hysteresis Value, used to generate Alerts and Run-Time data if the Maintenance Signature pressure 2 deviates from the Baseline pressure 2 by this value. For spring-return applications Pressure 2 the sensor may be used to monitor supply pressure and if configured as such control the alerts Low Supply Pressure and High Supply Pressure. For double-acting applications Pressure 2 may be used to monitor pressure in the alternate actuator chamber where this will control Low Open Break Pressure 2, High Open Break Pressure 2, Low Close Break Pressure 2, and High Close Break Pressure 2. PST_break_time_hysteresis 405A PST Brk Time Hyst: Alert criteria - PST Break Time Hysteresis Value (0-50%) is used to set an allowable limit +- for the Maintenance PST Break Time to deviate from the Baseline PST Break Time at which point a PST Fast/Slow Break Time Alert is generated. dynamic_baseline 405B Dyn. Baseline Cycle: Allows setting a process valve cycle count for manual operation of the valve where once this count is reached, a Baseline Signature is collected as part of in process operation. This allows a break-in period for new valves where a Baseline Signature can be collected in process without direct intervention by the device on behalf of the user. A value of 0 disables and the minimum is 2 cycles and up to a maximum of 255. The cycle before the baseline is collected is when the device measures the speed of the valve which is why a minimum of 2 cycles is required. 读/写 无符号 2
