方法描述： Reset Transmitter - Instructs the transmitter to generate a hardware reset. The result is similar to the effects of briefly interrupting power to the transmitter. The analog output will go to the Initialization Mode (Init Mode) value while the transmitter is in the start-up process. This can be used to recover from an error condition if needed.
