User Password protects typical setup parameters; Advanced Password protects parameters that are changed in special cases; Factory Password protects parameters that should never be changed in the field. Default User Password = 0 (none). To change User Password go to Device Setup/Advanced Config/New User Password. If User Password is changed from 0 an encrypted value is shown for reference. Contact Tech Support for decryption of this value if password is forgotten.
