Variable Help: The offset is used to input the virtual distance to the bottom edge of the flange as a function of the signal transit time in the instrument. This value is needed to be able to deduce the actual distance, referred to the bottom edge of the flange, from the calculated frequency. The value is entered by Krohne in the completely assembled version of the instrument. Acceptable input range: 0.0 - 2.0 m Default value: 0.50 m Note: Once the offset has ben changed the empty-tank spectrum will no longer be used and will need to be re-recorded!! (SEr. 4.2.1)
