Method Name: Low_Cal_Validation

Method ID: 0x4227

Method Label: Low Cal Validation

Method Help: This procedure validates the heat transfer characteristics of the sensor under low flow conditions. Perform the test at room temperature with the sensor supported vertically. A shroud should be placed around the sensor tip to isolate the tip from air currents. The shroud should not be tight against the sensor tip. During the test, the heater drive current is set to a pre-set value. The measured Delta T temperature (the temperature difference between the two pins) is measured and compared against a stored value. See the TA2 Installation and Operations Manual for other details of the test including recommended comparison between the measured and stored values.
